Fangling F2300 Cnc system

The digital controller F2300 is a new production, which is integrated many merits of the same productions at home and aboard. The controller can control the motion of two axes, which is apt to the application of flame or plasma cutting. This controller is very light and handy and it is very easy to operate. The controller provides menu or illustration for all the operations for the convenience of users. All key switches are human oriented designed, and they are very convenient and comfortable.

The controller chooses high speed DSP and ARM as its core to assure the cutting process to be more stable. The motion control algorithm is optimized so that the machine can move more stale and reliable, and it can save the life of the motor and the mechanical parts.

The controller use the LCD graphic display, supporting the TTL interface and VGA interface, and the max resolution is 800 × 600mm. The controller has two kind of configuration shown as follows:

Star CAM nesting and programming software

STARCAMdrawing nesting software is composed of drawing module(StarCAM), nesting module (StarNEST)andNC code simulation module(StarPLOT).Each module can run independently, can also call each other.CNC programming support for a variety of CNC cutting machine:

l Drawing module can complete the drawing, editing, zooming, copying, array, rotation and other operations of the cutting parts.Support other formats of CAD graphics files (such as: CAM, DXF, DWG, IGES) of the import and export operations, Support user library management;and can optimize the CAD graphics processing;Can generate cutting path of the work piece and NC machining of the required processing code.

l Nesting module can carry out a batch of parts on a rectangular plate or a residual material, support for short cut, Common edge and Bridge Technology,reduce the number of holes pierced, improve the utilization rate of sheet, high speed and efficiency, support manual nesting, matrix nesting, interactive and residual nesting of materials, and can quickly generate a variety of CNC cutting equipment required NC code.

l The simulation module can be used for the computer graphics simulation of the NC code generated by the above two modules, and can be single step operation, step by step tracking, support the simulation process of NC code editing and modification, can verify correctness and rationality of the NC code,improve production efficiency, and the processing cost can be estimated.

STARCAM New characteristics of drawing nesting software

l Automatic path setting function: With this function can quickly generate parts of the processing path and the introduction of lead, and can be used to guide the outlet of the position to carry out the dynamic modification, reducing the interference of the parts and improving the utilization ratio of the plate. Support for the line display function, the user can see the amount of compensation.

l CAD clearance and CAD compression function: CAD clearance function is used to remove redundant line segments and duplicate entities in CAD graphics. CAD compression function can be used to compress a large number of small segments in the graphics file, reducing the number of entities to improve the cutting efficiency.

l Nesting module increased the short-term cutting function,when the parts leading lines are close, one part out coming leading line cut contentious to the incoming line of the next part,No need to re-perforation, reducing the number of perforation.

l  In the nesting module, the function of the whole common side discharge is increased,for parts  with a large number straight line,set directly on the kerfs width for nesting,the common edge is cut only once, which greatly reduces the number of holes pierced and the length of the cutting.

l  The drawing line bridging function is added in the nesting module,by using the bridge connection to make the contour of a plurality of parts together to form one contour, the number of holes is reduced, and the service life of the cutting torch can be effectively prolonged.

l Increasing the function of nesting on the residual material and the remaining material,automatic generate residual material sheet file for residual material and the remaining material,for the user to insert the remaining material in the future cutting.

l Added control file modification tool,users can use the control system to edit NC code.

Optional ADust removal workbench

When plasma cutting machine works, amount of dust, smog will appear during cutting, it is necessary to purify air and collect these smog in order to keep worker healthy.

Introduction of dry dust removal

Dry type dust removal (dry type cutting) is to add a set of smoke and dust collection device for cutting working platform, and the collected dust is directly transported to the dust filtering and purifying equipment,then to be discharged after treatment.

Work principle

Smoke Purifier

   The key components of the purifier such as filter and electric control system adopts imported materials, components. It is an efficient smoke purifier. The structure is compact, the volume is relatively smaller than bag filters, And the front with the spark special filter, can filter out the large particles and spark, greatly improved the life of the dust collector. Its shape is as follows:

Cylinder filter working principle

Shown in the picture, polluted air (see red part) enters filter by suction collection. Firstly, air is forced to flow up into filter by a steel panel, changed its direction. Thus, it can avoid directly impact filter. Clean air (see green part), separating by the PTFE film in the filter, is discharged outside by noise elimination, then completing the filtering process. Dust particles, separating by the filter PTFE film, go into the dust containers to collect, with filter automatic cleaning function. 

Cylinder filter automatic cleaning function

The filter material cleaning is reached by pulse injection plant controlled by differential pressure transducer. Fine dust is absorbed on the filter surface, making the filter permeability lower, after the filter is in operation for a period. The two search heads (DP transducer), one is installed in the original gas side; the other is installed in the net gas.When the DP detected by the DP transducer exceeds the certain setting point, it will give out DP signal. The pulse starts the pulse injection valve in order, after receiving the signal. The clean compressed air will spray from the valve, which will cause the airflow to blow the filter until the DP is lower than the setting point. Thus, fine dust absorbed by the filter surface will be removed under the airflow, and fall upon the dust collector, in the filter bottom.

Warranty: 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading.

The Seller shall bear responsibility for the entire machineries normally working during 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading. During warranty period, if are damages and disorders of equipment due to machine quality, The Seller shall be responsible for replacement of the defective parts with new parts. The warranty shall also include performance functions as defined in the offer. In the case that there is any defect The Buyer shall inform The Seller in writing and photos of the broken parts. The Seller will assist and deal with such damages within 15 days from receipt of The Buyer’s above information.

The Seller doesn’t guarantee the spare parts which are easily worn out / damaged. The Seller deems it his responsibility to furnish The Buyer these spare parts at prices reasonable or agreed.

The Seller doesn’t guarantee equipment in case faults caused by operators’ improper operation or electric source’s breakdown.

 

Service condition:

1) When Sellers send engineer to Buyer's place for Installation, Commissioning and training for the machine in this contract in Buyer's place, Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees like, all tickets, accommodation for Seller's engineers.

2) Seller shall, within one week of receiving the above information, provide the required and qualified personnel to undertake supervision of installation, commissioning and training.

3) If the Buyer needs the service after sales from Seller, then Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees, like Round Tickets, Accommodation, Internal and international transportation, Labour cost of engineers etc.

4) When the Seller's engineer carries out the services in Buyer's place, Buyer shall arrange a Translator that can speak Chinese for Seller's engineer.

5) Labour cost for engineers: 80.00 USD per person, per day.
